Returns

Our ultimate goal is to make online shopping easy. We stand behind the comfort and quality of our wardrobe pieces, and want our customers to be satisfied. When our customers are happy, we’re happy.
  • Full-price must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund; full-price items returned outside of the 30-day window will be eligible for merchandise credit.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased, unworn or unused with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale, they cannot be returned.
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs 

Once your return is accepted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. You will also be provided provided a return shipping label, as well as return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to use the RETURNS and EXCHANGES portal located in the bottom footer. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
